A 15-year-old Highland single malt from Teaninich, distilled in 2010 and bottled by The Single Malts of Scotland, a brand of Elixir Distillers. It is a single cask release from a refill barrel, drawn at 57% ABV, and 255 bottles were filled.
It is non-chill-filtered and has no colour added.
The nose brings citrus, green apple and pear with a light, grassy maltiness. On the palate, light fruit sits alongside soft vanilla from the cask and a touch of caramel. The finish is dry, with citrus zest and gentle oak spice.
