This is a Teaninich distilled in 1983 and bottled at 34 years old by Adelphi, at 44% ABV. It comes from a single cask, number 6728.
The whisky was matured in sherry casks taken from well-known solera systems in Jerez. Alex Bruce of Adelphi never adds colour, so the shade comes from the casks alone.
It is described as soft, fine and elegant.
