This Teaninich was distilled on 2 December 2008 and bottled in July 2023 at 14 years old, by Signatory Vintage for The Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It matured in a bourbon hogshead and was bottled at 46%, without chill filtration or added colouring.
On the nose are fresh apple and pear, eucalyptus, green herbs and a light vegetal note. The palate is light and lively, with apple again, soft wood spices, liquorice, ginger and a faint bitterness.
The finish is fairly short, fresh and clean, with apple, herbs and eucalyptus lingering.
