Teaninich – 2009-2021 11 Year Old Duncan Taylor Dimensions (70cl, 53.9%)

A single malt from Teaninich in the Highlands, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2021 at 11 years old. Duncan Taylor released it at a cask strength of 53.9% in a 70cl bottle, as part of their Dimensions series. It was matured in an oak cask, most likely a refill bourbon hogshead, so the wood has had minimal influence on the spirit. Teaninich is described as a structured, grassy Highland spirit, and this bottling lets that character come through.
