Teaninich – 2010-2023 12 Year Old Cooper's Choice Single Cask 707333 (70cl, 52.5%)

This is a 12 year old single cask Teaninich from the Highlands, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2023 by Cooper's Choice. It is bottled at 52.5% in a 70cl bottle, without colouring or chill filtration. The whisky matured first in American oak and was then finished in a cask that previously held Marsala, the Sicilian dessert wine. Plenty of nutty, dried fruit flavours are expected, alongside Teaninich's clean, taut, biscuity character.
