A single malt from Teaninich, distilled in 2014 and bottled at 11 years old by Dràm Mòr as its Winter Release 2025. Only 286 bottles were filled.
The whisky matured in a single bourbon cask and was then finished in a refill white port hogshead.
The nose brings ripe green grapes, green pear skin, juicy grapefruit, tarragon and honey. The palate is unexpectedly floral and grassy, with dried orange, light caramel and chamomile tea with honey. The medium, dry finish is warm, with dried grass, lemon peel and soft oak.
