A ten year old Teaninich single malt, distilled on 6 July 2015 and bottled on 9 February 2026. It matured in an STR hogshead and is number 12 in Claxton's Exploration Series.
The nose is close to a raisin bun or bread pudding with custard, with nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, raisins and sweet oak. The palate brings more pastry notes with raisins, sweet tannins and vanilla. The finish is gently dry, with plenty of dessert notes and a touch of dessert wine.
