This is a 9 year old Highland single malt from Teaninich, bottled independently by Càrn Mòr for its Strictly Limited collection. It was distilled in 2017, matured in a bourbon barrel and bottled in 2026 at 47.5% ABV. The outturn is 318 bottles. The American oak adds a gentle sweetness to the distillery's fresh, fragrant spirit. Teaninich uses a hammer mill and a mash filter, and its broad stills add a slightly oily texture. The notes are of creamy vanilla and orange marmalade, with a grassy freshness running through.
