Teeling India Pale Ale Cask Dot Brew Small Batch Collaboration Blended Irish Whiskey

A small batch blended Irish whiskey made in collaboration with DOT Brew, a brewery that specialises in blended, aged beers. Grain and malt whiskey were matured separately in ex-bourbon casks for up to five years, then married in a ratio of 4:1 in India Pale Ale barrels from the brewery. The beer in those barrels is described as showing citrus peel, ripe green apple and grapefruit, with spicy hops and a malty finish, and the whiskey is said to have taken on these flavours.
