Teeling Single Grain Wine Cask Finish 2014 (70cl, 46%)

This is a single grain Irish whiskey from Teeling, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It was finished in wine casks and bottled in October 2014. The Teeling whiskey company was founded in 2012 by Jack Teeling, former owner of Cooley distillery in Co. Louth, in the north east of Ireland. When Cooley was sold to Beam Suntory in 2011, he took on 16,000 casks of its aged stock, which he and his brother Stephen later began to bottle under the family name.
