Teeling Stout Cask

Teeling Stout Cask is a blended Irish whiskey from the Teeling Small Batch range. It was made in collaboration with the Galway Bay Brewery, which supplied casks that first held rum and then a strong stout. The whiskey spent at least six months in these casks, taking on the character of the stout. The nose is delicate and light, fruity and slightly grassy, with fruit cake, berries, oranges and vanilla. The palate brings roasted coffee, vanilla, spice, chocolate and cocoa. The finish is long and strong, with vanilla, fresh caramel and a light floral note.
