Teerenpeli – Kaski Sherry Cask Finnish Single Malt Whisky (50cl, 43%)

Teerenpeli Kaski is a Finnish single malt in a 50cl bottle, bottled at 43% ABV. The name refers to kaski, the slash-and-burn clearing of land that began cultivation in traditional agriculture, and so a new beginning. It has been matured only in selected sherry casks, which give it the colour of roasted brown sugar. The nose is fruity with a light peat note. The palate is smooth, grain-like and rich, and the finish carries the distillery's typical spiciness together with raisin-like fruit cake.
