Teerenpeli – Soidin Sherry Matured (40%)

Soidin is a Finnish whisky from Teerenpeli, bottled at 40% ABV. It is matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks and shaped by the extreme Finnish climate. The distillery draws on groundwater filtered naturally through the Salpausselkä ridges, a UNESCO geopark in southern Finland. The name is an old Finnish word for playful flirting, as is Teerenpeli itself, and the black grouse on the bottle refers to the courtship of the birds.
