An organic white wine from Tenuta Casali, made from Famoso in Romagna. On the nose it opens with white-fleshed fruit, light floral hints and citrus notes, integrated with pleasant freshness.
The attack is direct and clean, with a slender structure that supports the sip without weighing it down; the finish remains savoury and smooth. It suits starters, light fish dishes, salads, fresh cheeses and aperitifs, and is best served fresh and consumed within a few years.
