A dry white wine made from Albana grapes grown organically. It is pale straw yellow, with clean aromas of white flowers, ripe pear, green apple, light citrus hints and a delicate almond note. The palate is vibrant and fresh, with good savouriness, balanced structure and a crisp finish. Serve at around 10-12 C and drink young to enjoy its freshness and primary aromas. It pairs well with blue fish, shellfish, grilled Mediterranean vegetables, light white meats, aperitifs and fresh cheeses.
