It has a bright straw colour and a composed nose of white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, delicate citrus notes and hints of white flowers, with a light mineral touch. The palate balances structure and liveliness, with acidity supporting a smooth, contained body and a clean finish. It suits fish, grilled vegetables and simple first courses, and works as an aperitif. Serve cool.
