Tenuta del Morer Sauvignon Friuli Isonzo DOC

A white wine from Tenuta del Morer, classified Friuli Isonzo DOC. It shows a bright straw colour and a fresh, varietal character. The nose brings herbaceous notes, white-fleshed fruit, citrus and light floral touches, with lively acidity. On the palate it is sapid and medium-bodied, with coherent aromatic returns, balanced texture and a clean, persistent finish. It suits delicate fish dishes, shellfish, seasonal salads and fresh cheeses, and works well for a summer lunch, an informal meal or a convivial aperitif. Serve well chilled, around 8-10 °C, in glasses suited to white wine. Best enjoyed young for its freshness and drinkability.
