Tenute Del Garda Riesling DOC

A Riesling DOC from Tenute Del Garda, with a fresh, linear profile, pale straw colour and greenish reflections. The nose opens with ripe citrus, green apple and light floral notes, with a mineral undertone that adds drive without being intrusive. On the palate the acidity is lively but balanced, supporting a slender body and a clean, persistent finish with citrus returns. A subtle complexity can emerge with aeration in the glass. It pairs with fish, shellfish, vegetable dishes, fresh cheeses, seafood starters, sushi and light white meat recipes, and also works as an aperitif. Serve cold, around 8-10 °C.
