Volenterosa is a rosé DOC from Tenute Del Garda, made for immediacy and easy drinking. It is pale pink with salmon reflections.
The nose shows small red fruits, field flowers and light citrus notes. The palate is light and smooth, with balanced freshness and barely perceptible tannins. The finish is clean with good aromatic persistence. Serve rather cold, around 8-12 °C, in a wide glass.
