Terreum 91 Montepulciano d'Abruzzo

Vignamadre Terreum 91 is a Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC made with biodynamic farming and no added sulphites. It has an intense ruby red colour with violet hues. Its aroma is complex and intensely fruity, with blackberries, raspberries, liquorice and black pepper. On the palate it has a solid but harmonious structure, soft tannins and persistent acidity. It suits robust dishes such as meat roasts, game and aged cheeses, and can evolve elegantly over time.
