Vignamadre Iava Pecorino Terre di Chieti IGP BIO

A white wine from Vignamadre, made from the native Pecorino grape in Abruzzo and grown organically. It is bright straw yellow, sometimes with greenish reflections. The aroma combines broom and chamomile flowers with white-fleshed fruit such as peach and hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh and lively, supported by good acidity, with mineral notes and persistent fruit. It suits an aperitif, fish, seafood, fresh cheeses and light vegetarian dishes.
