This is the fourth batch of Tennessee Rye from That Boutique-y Whisky Co., a 4 year old straight rye whisky in a 50cl bottle. It is bottled at 45% abv, and 300 bottles were released. The label describes it as Tennessee whisky. Under US rules a rye whiskey must have a mash bill of at least 51% rye, and Tennessee producers are required to put the spirit through the Lincoln County Process, a filtering step, before it goes into cask.
