The Busker Pot Still is an Irish whiskey bottled at 44.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in ex-bourbon and sherry casks.
The nose combines fresh floral notes, honey and oak, with a hint of fudge and clove oil. On the palate there are intense spices and pepper, set against toffee sweetness.
The finish is long and warmly spiced.
