The Busker Single Pot Still is an Irish pot still whiskey in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 44.3% ABV.
It is made from barley, distilled in copper stills, then matured and finished in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks.
The nose brings fresh flowers, honey, oak, fudge and clove oil, with apricots and sultanas alongside. On the palate there is spice and pepper balanced by toffee and caramel, and the finish is long, warm and spicy.
