The Deacon is a blended Scotch whisky made from hand-selected whiskies, including malts from Scotland's Islay and Speyside regions.
The blend brings together smoky mainland malts and peaty Islay malts. The Islay single malts bring a characteristic peaty smoke, while those from Speyside add a bonfire-like smoke character.
Together they make a complex, rich and smoky dram.
