The Deacon Scotch Whisky (40%)

The Deacon is a smoky Scotch blend at 40% ABV, combining peaty Islay single malts with Speyside and other mainland single malts. The Islay malts bring the characteristic peat smoke, while the mainland malts add a smoke closer to a bonfire. The nose offers charred orange, sweet malty biscuits and woodsmoke. On the palate come juicy orange, delicate spice and tangy peat, leading to a long, smooth finish that is both sweet and smoky.
