A 10-year-old single malt Irish whiskey, distilled in copper pot stills from 100% malted barley. It matured for ten years in Kentucky bourbon oak casks and is released as a limited edition.
It is presented as a whiskey that stands for the spirit of the city of Dublin.
The nose is subtly floral, sweet and lightly spicy, with vanilla, honey and perfumed notes. The palate is rich and malty, soft and warm, with a hint of chocolate and vanilla. The finish is very long, soft and slightly dry, with toffee, chocolate and vanilla.
