The Dubliner Dublin Liberties Copper Alley 10 Years is an Irish single malt bottled at 46% without chill filtration. It was matured for ten years in ex-bourbon casks, then finished for six months in 30-year-old Spanish Oloroso sherry casks.
It comes from 31 casks, each chosen individually by master distiller Darryl McNally. The name refers to Copper Alley, the oldest street in Dublin, in the heart of the Liberties.
Tasting notes describe a malty, fruity nose with sweet sherry aromas, a complex palate with a clear sweet sherry presence, and a rich, soft finish that stays on the tongue.
