The Famous Grouse is a Scotch blended whisky made from malt and grain whiskies, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It has a full golden colour.
The nose is candied fruit and citrus zest with buttery shortbread and a little oak. On the palate it is round and smooth, with dried fruit, light caramel and malt, warmed by cinnamon and ginger, with citrus and a faint hint of smoke in the background. The finish is smooth and balanced, with fruit, soft spice and a light touch of wood.
