The Galtee Mountain Boy is a triple distilled blended Irish whiskey, made by 3 Counties Spirits in County Tipperary. It combines grain, pot still and malt whiskeys matured in former bourbon casks, and is bottled at 40% in a 70cl ceramic bottle. The name comes from an Irish folk ballad.
The colour is amber. The nose is fruity, and the palate is full-bodied, with vanilla, toffee and malt, leading to a finish of medium length.
