Ex-bourbon American oak barrel
The Gladstone Axe American Oak is a blended malt Scotch whisky, made from malt whiskies from 14 different Highland and Islay distilleries. All of it is made from 100% malted barley. The blend is aged in American oak barrels that previously held bourbon, which gives it mellow, sweet notes.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
