The GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the distillery's core range, created by Master Distiller Billy Walker after he evaluated casks and refined recipes for the expression. It is matured predominantly in sherry casks.
The colour is a sunset bronze. The nose is full of raisins, butterscotch and sweet spices. On the palate those flavours develop into banana, orange peel and dark chocolate.
