The GlenAllachie 21 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled at cask strength, 52.8% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. This is Batch 6, and it is non-chill-filtered with no colour added.
Master Distiller Billy Walker built the batch from Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks sourced from Spain. Four sherry puncheons and hogsheads were combined for it.
It is described as rich in forest fruits, espresso, sweet spice and dark chocolate truffles.
