The Glenlivet 25 Year Old is a Speyside single malt drawn from a careful selection of casks from 1980. A large share of them are sherry casks, which bring richness and intensity to the whisky.
Slow distillation and maturation give a balance between the character of the spirit and the influence of the wood. Ginger spice and dark chocolate stand out in the flavour.
