The Glenlivet – Founder's Reserve American Oak Selection (70cl, 40%)

The Glenlivet Founder's Reserve American Oak Selection is a Speyside single malt bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was created to celebrate George Smith, founder of The Glenlivet Distillery. The whisky is matured in a combination of traditional oak casks and first-fill American oak casks, which add a creamy sweetness to the fruity character of the distillery. Fresh citrus and ripe orchard fruits lead the nose. The palate brings creamy vanilla, sweet orange and gentle oak, with a little warming spice, and the finish is clean and mellow.
