The Glenrothes 12 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky, aged for 12 years and sold in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is delicate, with berry fruit, resin, walnuts and sweet icing sugar. On the palate the berry notes lead, with a subtle hint of cloves, before moving on to liquorice, dark chocolate and zesty tangerine. The finish has a spicy kick, with aniseed lingering.
