The Gospel Australian Straight Rye is a rye whisky made from 100% Australian-grown rye, all of it from a single farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit is aged in charred new American oak barrels, following the traditional approach to rye while keeping a character the makers call distinctly Australian.
The flavour is described as sweet allspice, clove and pepper, followed by dried red fruit and creme caramel.
