A single malt Irish whiskey from The Irishman, made with triple-distilled Irish barley. It was matured in American oak bourbon casks and European oak Oloroso sherry casks, a pairing that brings rich vanilla together with dried fruit.
The nose offers raisins, apples, nectarines and a generous amount of vanilla ice cream. Maple syrup, biscuity malt, dried fruit and a delicate touch of festive spice lead the palate. The finish has a peppery oak prickle, softened by buttery vanilla.
