The Harvest is an Irish whisky from The Irishman, formerly known as Founder's Reserve, bottled at 40% ABV. It combines 70% single malt with 30% single pot still whisky, matured in ex-bourbon casks of American oak.
The nose offers white pepper, green apples, pears, spicy herbs and citrus. Ripe fruit, vanilla, butterscotch, toffee, cracked peppercorns, nutmeg and clove follow on the palate and linger into the finish.
