The Lakes Distillery Whiskymaker's Edition Infinity is a single malt in a 70cl bottle, inspired by the interconnection of fragrance and flavour. Its maker describes it as designed for the curious whisky drinker.
The whisky is matured in a range of the distillery's sherry butts, including American oak casks seasoned with rare Palo Cortado sherry. Careful blending layers complementary and contrasting flavours, so that the nose and palate appear to keep evolving.
