The whisky was matured in Oloroso sherry casks and ex-bourbon casks, and it was inspired by carefree summer holidays.
The nose offers cherry blossom, pears, vanilla, caramel and milk chocolate. On the palate there are freshly picked apples and pears, cherries, raisins, fresh figs and white chocolate. The finish is medium in length, with oak, cherry and dark chocolate.
