The Lakes Reflections – Whiskymaker's Editions Simon Rogan (70cl, 54%)

The Lakes Reflections is an English single malt from The Lakes Distillery, created in collaboration with the chef Simon Rogan. This limited edition was bottled in 2022 and draws on the English Lake District and the flavours of autumn. It is bottled at 54%, non-chill filtered and of natural colour, in a 70cl bottle. The nose offers spiced pumpkin, orange peel and aromatic wood spices. The palate opens with autumn fruit and warm apple compote, then subtle cinnamon, leading to a long, lively finish.
