The Lakes The One Colheita Cask Finish Fine Blended Whisky (70cl, 46.6%)

The Lakes The One Colheita is a blended whisky from The Lakes Distillery, finished in Colheita casks and bottled at 46.6% in a 70cl bottle. Colheita means harvest, and refers to a vintage port made only from grapes of a single crop. It belongs to The One Whisky Collection, which shows the Master Blenders' work with oak and cask seasoning. The nose offers peach cobbler, fresh apricot and a whiff of autumnal smoke. The palate has ripe plums, vanilla custard and warming cinnamon, and the finish is rich and comforting.
