The One Sherry Cask Finished is a limited edition blended whisky from The Lakes Distillery. The blend brings together the distillery's own single malt and whiskies selected from across the British Isles. It has been finished in first-fill Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which add dried fruit sweetness and warming spice from the Spanish oak. The sherry influence is typically described as raisins, figs and sweet spice.
