Resfeber is a Whiskymaker's Edition from The Lakes Distillery, a single malt matured in sherry and red wine casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings ripe green apples, stewed plums, brandy-soaked raisins, sticky date pudding and baking spices. Dark ripe fruits lead the palate, with figs, dates, black cherries, treacle toffee and more spice. The finish is medium to long, with creamy sherry, treacle toffee, red fruits and currants.
