Infinity is a limited single malt from The Lakes, part of the Whiskymaker's Editions series, each of which is put together by whisky maker Dhavall.
It was matured in a combination of Oloroso, Palo Cortado, Fino and Manzanilla sherry casks, then bottled at 52% at the end of 2021. It is described as complex and full of nuance, recalling the great sherried whiskies of the past.
