Liberty is a single malt from The Lakes Distillery in Cumbria, bottled at 56%. It belongs to the Whiskymaker's Editions, a series of one-off releases that step away from the sherry-led house style of the distillery.
It is made by blending and layering flavours and textures, and the idea behind it is freedom of expression. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
