The Legendary Silkie is an Irish whiskey inspired by the tales of the Silkie seals of the Donegal coast. It is a blend of double and triple distilled single malts, soft grain whiskey and a hint of peated malt, bottled by hand at 46% in a 750ml bottle and non-chill-filtered.
Crisp green apple leads, followed by ripe red fruits, gentle smoke and an oaky sweetness. The finish is long, with gently warming spice.
