This is a 12 year old single malt from The Macallan's Colour Collection, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The collection reflects the distillery's commitment to natural colour and sherry seasoning.
It was matured in American oak casks with a small addition of European oak, all seasoned with sherry from Jerez de la Frontera in Spain. The whisky has a golden oak hue.
Tasting notes describe sweet oak, lemon and vanilla.
