A Speyside single malt from the core Macallan range, previously sold as Fine Oak 12 Year and renamed Triple Cask Matured in 2018.
Spirit is matured for a minimum of 12 years in three kinds of cask, European sherry seasoned oak, American sherry seasoned oak and American ex-bourbon oak, and the three are then married together. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle, with natural colour.
The house style is described as smooth and delicate, with citrus and vanilla to the fore.
